The tai chi forms Anne teaches were developed by Dr. Paul Lam, a t'i chi master and family physician. Regular practice of t'ai chi increases one's balance and strength, improves outlook, and combats the fragmentation of modern life. Anne is certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, Tai Chi for Osteoporosis, and Tai Chi for Diabetes.
"I can thread a needle again."
"I do the warm-up exercises every morning; they're like coffee for me--they get me started."
"I feel safer. My balance is better; I walk more easily."
"My husband and I did the form beside the ocean on our recent trip to Maine. It was glorious."
"Your tai chi classes are fun and I love the social interaction as much as the tai chi itself."
