Fall Prevention Tai Chi

Jennifer Chung Tai Chi for Arthritis Parts One and Two - her execution is slow and clean, easy for the beginner to follow.

NOTE: We base our Fall Prevention Tai Chi on Tai Chi for Arthritis but put a lot more emphasis on weight transfer, the relaxation response in the breathing (open and close hands) movements, and posture (body alignment).

   While Chung's demo presents the form as having two parts, we divide the form into THREE sections: Level One includes the cloud hands routine to both sides , Level Two includes the brush knee, play the lute, etc. routines to both sides, and Level Three goes through brush knee, leisurely tying coat, monkeys, etc. to both sides.
